Ingredients:

* 16 oz elbow macaroni
* 8 oz shredded mozzarella
* 16 oz shredded Italian 5-cheese (Kraft)
* 8 oz shredded 3-cheddar (Kraft)
* 1/2 cup ricotta
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 – 1.5 lbs bacon

Instructions:

1. Cook macaroni noodles and drain
2. Cook bacon and chop
3. Premix ricotta, sour cream and heavy cream
4. Mix ricotta blend with macaroni noodles
5. Mix all shredded cheeses together and then add to noodles (save some to sprinkle on top)
6. Mix in bacon pieces
7. Add to baking pan. Put left over cheese on top
8. Bake at 400 for 10 mins
9. Broil for about 5 mins to brown the top
